🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Key Account Executive, you will:
🔹 Planning
- Provide market insights for territory planning and demand forecasting.
- Prepare monthly visit plans and submit timely reports.
- Monitor product demand, stock, and promotional material.
🔹 Sales & Promotion
- Achieve monthly sales targets (SKU-wise).
- Develop strong relationships with HCPs, hospitals, retail shops, and distributors.
- Conduct site visits, product promotion, and in-shop activities.
- Collect market feedback and build product advocacy.
🔹 Awareness & Distribution
- Arrange diabetes awareness sessions for clients and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure stock availability.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
🔹 Safety & Compliance
- Follow SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) procedures.
- Report unsafe conditions and comply with company policies.
👤 Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience: 1–2 years in Sales & Marketing (Pharma, OTC, or Medical Devices preferred).
- Market Knowledge: Familiar with Karachi territory, including retail shops, chemists, hospitals, and distributors.
- Preferred Experience: Sales of surgical, diabetic, or cardiac products.
- Skills:
- Strong communication & relationship management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage both retail (70%) and institutional (30%) sales.
- Personality: Proactive, professional, and client-focused.
