👨🍳 Job Description
As a Dim Sum Chef at the Islamabad Marriott Hotel, you’ll be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of authentic Dim Sum dishes with high culinary standards.
You’ll work as part of a professional kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that align with Marriott’s global hospitality standards.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a range of traditional Dim Sum dishes (steamed, fried, and baked).
- Ensure high-quality presentation and taste consistency.
- Maintain proper food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times.
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ingredient sourcing.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to create innovative menu items.
- Follow hotel and brand culinary standards and policies.
