About the Project
Normeca International AS, in collaboration with the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) and the Government of Pakistan, is running an innovative healthcare initiative in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) and Sindh regions.
The Mobile Multi-Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital Project delivers state-of-the-art mobile medical services through large, fully equipped trailers. These mobile clinics offer:
- General diagnostic services
- Minor surgical procedures
- Essential primary healthcare
Each mobile unit includes advanced medical equipment, plus full living facilities—kitchen, laundry, dining areas, and conference rooms—to support medical teams in remote areas.
Goal: Improve healthcare access and deliver high-quality medical care to underserved communities.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, and patient care in our mobile medical units across rural Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities

| Budget Control | Monitor and manage operational expenses. |
| Resource Coordination | Ensure adequate medical supplies, staffing, and equipment availability. |
| Patient Relations | Address concerns promptly and maintain a patient-friendly environment. |
| Record Keeping | Maintain accurate clinic, patient, and staff records. |
| Quality Initiatives | Lead programs to improve patient outcomes. |
| Liaison Work | Coordinate with local authorities for smooth operations. |
| Unit Mobility | Manage relocation, setup, and dismantling of mobile clinics. |
Qualifications

| Experience | Proven track record as a Clinic Manager or similar healthcare management role. |

| Technical Skills | MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook). |
| Language | Fluent in English (mandatory). |
