We are looking for a Center Manager / Front Desk Manager to manage daily branch operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth coordination between staff and clients.

Education Requirements

Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a professional and friendly approach.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and emergencies effectively.
- Assist in branch administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate with doctors for scheduling appointments, consultations, follow-up calls, and reminders.
- Supervise administrative and janitorial staff.
- Manage cash handling procedures.
- Act as a Backup Center Manager when required by the Central Senior Manager (CSM).
