💼 About the Role
As a Hotel Reservation & Online Portals Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of online B2B bookings, hotel reservation systems, and revenue optimization.
Your role will ensure that all online listings, prices, and room inventories are accurate, competitive, and aligned with the company’s growth goals.
You’ll also play a key part in managing partnerships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and B2B clients, driving visibility and maximizing hotel revenue.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage all OTA and B2B portals (Expedia, Booking.com, Channel Managers, etc.)
- Update rates, content, and availability across all booking platforms.
- Monitor sales performance, occupancy, and revenue to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle the entire reservation process—from inquiry to confirmation.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams for smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain partnerships with OTA account managers and B2B distributors.
- Prevent overbooking and ensure rate parity across all channels.
- Develop strategies to boost online visibility and improve conversions.
- Analyze market trends and propose revenue optimization strategies.
