🎯 Key Responsibilities
The Training Coordinator (TC) will manage daily training operations, logistics, and program support tasks. Main duties include:
📋 Training & Coordination
- Coordinate staffing, instructors, translators, and participants for smooth training operations.
- Ensure training facilities meet ATA standards for maintenance, cleanliness, and setup.
- Liaise with government officials, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and supervise the flow of training activities to ensure efficiency.
📈 Reporting & Administration
- Collect and analyze data to prepare detailed reports for ATA Program Staff.
- Track instructor and participant travel, attendance, and visa extensions.
- Maintain records related to housing, health, and logistical services.
- Conduct apartment inspections and ensure security, maintenance, and housekeeping.
🎓 Training Event Support
- Coordinate venue arrangements, coffee breaks, and meals with vendors.
- Serve as Master of Ceremony for opening and graduation ceremonies.
- Train instructors on classroom technology and photograph course activities.
- Monitor student and instructor health issues and report accordingly.
🚗 Logistics & Facilities
- Coordinate transport of training materials and ensure safe storage.
- Supervise the upkeep of instructor apartments and handle vendor services.
- Participate in meetings to secure venues for upcoming courses.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
