🎯 Key Responsibilities
As an Executive (OFAN/GPON), you will:
- Monitor FDH/MSAGs and coordinate on issues related to commercial power, hardware, and optical fiber links.
- Conduct routine network health checks: battery backup, ring audits, optical power levels, and bandwidth utilization.
- Perform network optimization and port expansions based on customer needs.
- Carry out audits and assessments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Handle power-related incidents and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) issues with vendors.
- Ensure maximum network stability and system availability.
🎓 Required Qualifications
