Job Purpose
As the Workplace Services (WPS) Manager, you will oversee all workplace operations across Pakistan, ensuring they are future-ready and deliver exceptional employee experiences.
You will manage facilities, real estate, travel services, and workplace projects — from large corporate offices to factory sites — while aligning with Unilever’s global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement best-in-class workplace strategies balancing cost efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Manage the WPS budget and drive continuous improvement in services.
- Lead day-to-day workplace operations for both in-house teams and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Handle vendor management for cleaning, catering, maintenance, and security contracts.
- Oversee office space planning, relocations, and refurbishments.
- Deliver performance reports, SLAs, and KPI tracking.
- Partner with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Promote sustainability initiatives and energy-saving workplace solutions.
Qualifications & Experience

| Project Management | Experience in relocations, refurbishments, and office fit-outs |
| Technical Skills | Familiarity with workplace tech platforms (visitor management, room booking, BMS) |

| Budgeting | Skilled in cost control and resource optimization |
| Sustainability | Awareness of green workplace practices |
