About the Opportunity
Foodpanda Pakistan is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee our 24-hour operational Darkstore. This role requires both on-ground management and virtual coordination to ensure smooth warehouse operations from inbound stock handling to timely order dispatch.
The ideal candidate will have strong supply chain knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver 100% accuracy in order fulfillment while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities

| Operational Management | – Oversee end-to-end warehouse processes (receiving, storage, dispatch).- Ensure smooth daily operations with minimum 6-8 hours on-site presence.- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). |
| Inventory & Stock Control | – Conduct periodic stock counts.- Maintain stock accuracy within tolerance limits.- Manage fast/slow-moving items, spoilage, wastage, and shrinkage.- Prevent delivery of damaged or expired products. |
| Process Improvement | – Recommend and implement operational improvements.- Develop goals and objectives for efficiency and accuracy. |
| Safety & Compliance | – Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards.- Conduct regular risk assessments.- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety. |
| Resource Management | – Plan and schedule manpower effectively.- Coordinate leave, off-days, and staffing for demand fluctuations. |
| Stakeholder Coordination | – Liaise with suppliers, vendors, foodpanda riders, and neighbouring businesses.- Work with commercial teams to optimize inventory flow. |
| Facility Management | – Coordinate periodic maintenance.- Report issues to the Facility Manager for timely repairs. |
What You Need to Be Successful
