✅ Eligibility Criteria

| 🎓 Education | B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution |
| 💼 Experience | Minimum 10 years in large-scale construction projects (preferably in hotels or MEP-focused developments) |
| 🛠 Skills | Leadership, project coordination, communication, and vendor/client management |
| 💻 Software Skills | Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, and construction management tools |
| 🏷 Certifications | PEC registration preferred |
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all MEP and finishing works on site
- Ensure project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
- Lead and coordinate site teams, vendors, and subcontractors
- Handle client communication and project reporting
- Monitor work schedules, resources, and potential project risks
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, QA/QC, and environmental standards
- Prepare and deliver progress reports and attend coordination meetings
